Newly refurbished, with air-conditioning and offering comfortable accommodation for families (max six people) or couples ( see discount rate). Quiet, elevated location within walking distance (or 5 minute drive) of the unspoilt, picturesque fishing town of Moraira with its Blue Flag beaches, chic shops, bars, restaurants and lively marina. With a private 8 x 5m kidney-shaped swimming pool, BBQ, sun and shade terraces plus far reaching valley views, our non-smoking villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday or romantic break.

Please Note: Access down to the BBQ terrace is via wide, open stairs so may be unsuitable for small children or adults with mobility difficulties.

Discounted Couple Rate (sharing couple only)

Family Rate (maximum six family members sharing)

Prices are for the sole use of our villa for a maximum of six family members or a sharing couple only and includes reasonable use of electricity, oil and water plus free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

General linen and towels are provided (including beach towels). A standard end of holiday clean and linen supplement of 150€ (100€ for a sharing couple) will be charged by our local management company (a mid-holiday linen change and villa clean can be provided if requested).

A non-refundable 10€ per person (not infants under 12 months) "Breakages, Loss and Damage" fee will be added by our local management company to cover accidental damage that may occur during your holiday, up to the value of 300€ (wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this).

Booking / Cancellation Policy
An initial payment of 20% is payable once your booking has been confirmed with the balance due eight weeks before the start date or immediately if sooner. Access to the property will not be permitted if payment has not been made in full. The initial deposit is held by our local management company until the balance of payment is made.

If the booking is cancelled for whatever reason by us (the owners), the initial payment will be refunded. If the holiday is cancelled by you (the guest) the initial payment will be retained. Cancellation after the full payment has been made will result in the full payment being retained.

Guests are expected to follow government advice prior to booking and travel and to take out adequate travel insurance to cover any losses.

How to book...  

Book direct via us (the owners!) - simply make a booking enquiry and we'll promptly respond by email. We'll provide the rental price, confirm if your requested dates are available and explain what happens next. If appropriate we'll also pass your enquiry to our local management company to make the booking (we do not to take payments via this website).
